Program Encourages Walmart Drivers to Operate Accident Free

Safe driving pays off. The Walmart Private Fleet has generously donated $163,850 to The Salvation Army as part of Walmart’s quarterly Safe Driving Campaign. The ongoing campaign encourages Walmart drivers to operate accident-free by donating money for every safe-mile driven.

Walmart’s team of drivers completed 20 million safe driving miles in a single week in October, reflecting Walmart’s commitment to safety and their dedication to making a difference in the communities they serve. This gift is just one of the many ways Walmart is supporting communities across the country this holiday season, and we're grateful for every driver who participated. Walmart is working with The Salvation Army to do the most good nationwide.
